How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to the Crown (👑) tab → Choose a plan → Complete payment via Razorpay. Pro unlocks instantly after payment.

Is my financial data safe?

Yes! All your data is encrypted and stored securely on Google Firebase. We never sell or share your data with anyone.

Can I use TracEm on multiple devices?

Yes! Sign in with the same Google account on any device and all your data syncs automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

I need a refund. How?

We offer a 7-day refund window. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your transaction ID within 7 days of purchase.
