- Account Info: Name, email address (if signed in via Google)
- Financial Data: Transactions, savings goals, and budget limits you enter manually
- Bill Images: Photos you optionally attach to transactions
- Anonymous Login: Guest login generates a random ID — no personal info required
- Device Info: Basic usage data for crash reporting and app improvement

How We Use Your Data
- To display your financial summaries and insights within the app
- To sync your data across devices
- To process Pro subscription payments
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties

Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored securely on Google Firebase Firestore with industry-standard encryption
- Data is retained as long as your account is active
- Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days

Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase — Authentication and database
- Razorpay — Payment processing (we do not store card/UPI details)
- Google Sign-In — Optional login method

Your Rights
- Delete your account and all data anytime from Profile → Settings
- Export your data anytime using CSV/PDF export
- Contact us to request data correction or removal

Children's Privacy
TracEm is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately for removal.
