TracEm is a personal finance tracking application designed to help individuals track income, expenses, savings goals, and budgets. The app is available as a web application and on Google Play Store.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app
• By using TracEm, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate

3 Free & Pro Plans

• Free Plan: Basic features available to all users at no cost
• Pro Plan: Advanced features available via monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription
• Pro features are unlocked immediately upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to modify Pro features with reasonable notice

4 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Monthly and Yearly plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges

5 Disclaimer

• TracEm is a personal budgeting tool — it does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on app data
• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data they enter
• The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

6 Prohibited Use

• Using the app for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the app
• Sharing your account credentials with others

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of TracEm are the exclusive property of TracEm. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
